PID Web Access
PID Web access is not for SSN lookup, it is a record storage system only.
PID Web access is available for any UNC-CH permanent employee who may need to create, modify or look up PIDs. To obtain PID Web Access, you must first obtain a UNC-CH FACS ID, available from your department's FACS Co-ordinator. A list of all FACS Co-ordinators is available at:

After you have obtained a FACS ID, you will need to fill out the PID Web Access request form, have it signed by your supervisor and submit to the PID Office for processing. If approved, your access should be set up within a few days. The PID Web Access request form may be downloaded below in word format. Or, you may email a form request to pid@unc.edu.
